Powerful immune boost

I'm reading a lot this year to boost my immune system. I've always been pretty healthy and striving to maintain immunity. I've never used astaxanthin before, but recently I read that it can be 6,000 times more powerful than vitamin C! Other studies have shown all kinds of health benefits, from muscles, joints, heart and brain to skin, eyes and immunity. It may also help increase the energy I urgently need.
