Astaxanthin is a super-antioxidant found in nature that protects the eyes from UV damage. Lutein, found in leafy greens, filters out harmful blue light and protects the retina. Vitamin C and E, also antioxidants, protect the eyes from free radicals. Blueberries contain a variety of antioxidants that also protect the eyes.
