Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth marketing initiatives across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, segmenting audiences, and running experiments to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with the team to align growth strategies, oversee marketing automation flows, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. This role also involves managing timelines and stakeholders for marketing projects, preparing performance reports, and staying current with best practices in data-driven growth and wellness-focused marketing.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing, including strategy development, funnel optimization, and performance-driven campaign management.
  • Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools and lifecycle marketing, including email journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proven Project Management abilities to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Relevant experience in consumer wellness, nutraceuticals, or CPG is an asset, along with familiarity with DTC and e-commerce growth channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Toronto, ON, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), and reporting dashboards is preferred.
