Friend Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

This Friend Referral Program (“Program”) is operated by Astadaily (“we”, “us”, “our”) and powered by a third-party referral platform provider, Shopjar.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all users.
  • Friends (referred users) must be new customers who have not previously placed an order with Astadaily.

3. Referral Process

  • Each Referrer will receive a unique referral link generated by the system.
  • The Referrer may share this link with friends through personal, non-commercial channels.
  • A referral is only considered valid when:
    • The Friend accesses Astadaily via the unique referral link, and
    • The Friend completes a qualifying purchase using the same session attribution rules defined by the platform.

4. Rewards

4.1 Friend Reward

  • Friends may receive a discount or promotional offer (e.g., percentage off or fixed discount) upon successful referral validation.
  • The reward is typically applied at checkout or delivered via email.

4.2 Referrer Reward

  • Referrers may receive a reward (such as store credit, discount code, or commission credit) after the Friend completes a qualifying purchase.
  • Rewards are issued only after order confirmation and are subject to return and refund validation.

5. Qualifying Purchase

A “qualifying purchase” is defined as:

  • A completed order that is not cancelled, refunded, or disputed
  • An order that meets the minimum requirements (if any) defined by Astadaily
  • An order placed by a verified new customer

6. Non-Eligible Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referral (creating multiple accounts or using personal links for personal benefit)
  • Fraudulent, automated, or incentivized traffic
  • Use of spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited advertising to distribute referral links
  • Abuse of the Program in any form, as determined by Astadaily at its sole discretion

We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards if abuse is detected.

7. Reward Limitations

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
  • Rewards may have expiration dates.
  • Only one referral reward may be applied per Friend order unless otherwise specified.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions or discount codes unless allowed.

8. Tracking and Attribution

  • Referral tracking is managed through Shopjar’s tracking system using cookies, referral links, and email attribution.
  • Astadaily is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or cookie restrictions.
  • Only properly tracked referrals will be eligible for rewards.

9. Refunds and Adjustments

  • If a Friend’s order is refunded or cancelled, the associated referral reward may be revoked or deducted.
  • If a Referrer has already received a reward for an invalidated order, Astadaily reserves the right to reverse or deduct that reward from future earnings.

10. Program Modifications

  • Astadaily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • We may update reward structures, eligibility rules, or referral mechanics at our discretion.

11. Abuse & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend participation, withhold rewards, or reverse issued credits if any suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior is detected.

12. Liability

  • Astadaily and its service providers (including Shopjar) are not responsible for technical errors, tracking failures, or system downtime.
  • Participation in the Program is at the user’s own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Astadaily operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
