We are hiring! Account Manager (B2B Sales)
We are seeking an Account Manager(B2B Sales) to join our team at Iconthin Biotech. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to grow sales.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • A Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada.
  • A new Immigrant to Canada (in Canada 5 years or less);
  • Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, Chemistry or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food and nutraceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within North America.
Job Type:
Six-months contract, an opportunity for a full-time position or partner track
